You'll join us for the full weekend of fun including camping overnight in tents we provide, food all weekend, live entertainment at camp as well as transportation from, and back to, the start line— plus a first-hand view of the Ride weekend and endless appreciation from the riders themselves!

There is a 25$ fee to help us cover these amenities. We have many teams to join and whichever one you pick, you’ll be the heart of our event, creating a life changing experience for everyone involved.

Can’t join us for the whole weekend or travel to the United States? Consider being a short-term volunteer at the start line!

Our 2017 Ride travels across the border into Washington. A valid passport is required!

Definitely! You can be a Crew member as well as part of your favourite team. Your fundraising can be combined and you can join them at camp for the festivities.

You have to be 16 years old or older to join our Crew team. Anyone 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the same role and area during the event weekend. We also encourage groups of friends or classmates to join us with the accompaniment and supervision of a school teacher or parent.

We provide breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks both Saturday and Sunday for our Crew members. We do provide a vegetarian/gluten free option, however for all other allergies or preferences please bring your own lunch and snacks.

We are holding a mandatory All-Crew meeting Friday August 25th in the Banquet Hall of the Bonsor Recreation Centre in Burnaby. Captains meet at 5pm and everyone else meets at 6pm. This is very close to the Metrotown Skytrain Station.

Crew are recognized for 40 hours of volunteerism for joining us for the weekend.

There is no fundraising minimum to join Crew, however we recommend setting a goal of raising 500$ so that more funds can be invested into cancer research.

We have tents already set up for Crew joining us at the camp site. Bring your own sleeping bag!

We take care of all of your transportation from the start line in Cloverdale on Saturday morning back to that same place Sunday afternoon. We will have a shuttle from two key locations downtown Vancouver on Saturday morning for the Crew. Our Sweep team is encouraged to bring their cars for the entire event.
